    Each Titan package includes a professionally installed smart home control panel, door/window sensors, motion detectors, and 24/7 monitoring. Depending on the package, you can also receive smart cameras, video doorbells, smart thermostats, and life safety devices.
  • Are there any upfront costs for equipment?
    No upfront equipment fees. Your system is included as part of a 36 or 60-month agreement. Everything is covered in your low monthly rate. Additional items aside from packages may incur additional charges.
  • Can I control my system from my phone?
    Yes! The Brinks Home™ mobile app lets you arm/disarm your system, view camera feeds, receive alerts, and control smart devices remotely.
  • What happens if my alarm goes off?
    Our 24/7 monitoring team will attempt to reach you immediately. If no response is received or help is needed, emergency services will be dispatched to your location.
  • What are the contract options?
    We offer 36- or 60-month agreements. Longer-term plans often include additional savings and bonus hardware.
